The Technology Trainer develops, designs and implements technology learning initiatives, utilizing classroom, remote, and individual instruction. The Technology Trainer provides instruction to office-wide and Firm-wide users on a wide variety of general and legal-specific technology applications. The Technology Trainer will coordinate training programs including development, promotion, delivery, implementation and evaluation for New Hire and other technology programs offered at the Firm. Additionally, the Technology Trainer will design and develop on-line learning modules to support instructor-led programs or other initiatives as well as provide end-user support services as appropriate for software related questions
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of corporate training experience including classroom and e-learning.
Must possess strong technical coaching and counseling skills as well as have a thorough knowledge of legal industry specific software preferred (i.e. Document Management System).
Ability to learn such software, as well as software developed in house.
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
